TATTOO CONTEST

Imagine this! The Lago Vista 4th of July Council is sponsoring a tattoo contest! The picture on the right was taken during the semi-finalist contest held at the Lonestar Bar in Jonestown. What fun! Come to the finalist judging and the selection of a winner on July 4th.

All types, colors, and intensities welcome. Judging will be based on a variety of categories: most colorful, ornate, longest-worn, religious, pretty and other criteria selected prior to the contest.

The winner will be selected from the semi finalists on July 4th at the Bar-K park starting at 5:00pm..

The only restriction is that you must be 21 or older. Please plan to bring along identification indicating your age. Cheerleaders are welcome!

Seven semi-finalists were chosen at the Lonestar Bar last weekend to be in the final competition in the 4th of July Tattoo Contest: Mike "Joker" Currier, Rain Murphey, Kevin "Grizzly" May, Jackie "Brat" Roberts, Michael "Bandito" Santos, Stan Cline and Lonestar Bar owner, Larry Denny. Judges were Cheryl Sullivan, Anna Johndrow, Stan Miller, Dave Machart and Ann Murrow.
