Fireworks!
The thrilling Fireworks Show in Lago Vista is like none other!

Imagine the night sky, filled with stars and a glowing moon, with scores of colorful fireworks sparkling in red, white and blue, each reflected in the waters of Lake Travis! Add to this the blue and green running lights of boats filled with hundreds of boaters circling around The Point at Bar K Recreational Park. Then picture the throngs of patriotic families lounging in the park, enjoying music and holiday foods. What a sight! What an experience!

The memories of hearing the "ohhs" and "ahhhs" of the crowd, echoing across the valley from hillside to hillside, as they enjoy the bright lights, each celebrating the patriotic mode of the day will stay with you for years.

The start of the show is determined by the degree of darkness that evening.

Boaters are reminded that the Travis County Sheriff's office and LCRA will be patrolling the area surrounding the Bar K Point where the fireworks are launched. An area of safety is required by law.

On land, Travis County Constables will enforce a fire zone across the soccer field where no one is permitted during the show and for 30 minutes after the finale.

The fireworks display is launched at The Point in Bar K Recreational Park.

Celebrate this patriotic day with family and friends, remembering the freedoms we Americans enjoy, ensured by the sacrifices men and women who have fought for over the span of more than two centuries.
