It's not too early or too late to register
Entry fee of $20 per player (or $10 for participants under age 12) entitles
you to an official 2008 4th of July Council T-shirt, plus balls and
water will be provided. The entry fee is per player regardless of the
number of events you care to sign up for.
Events for Friday July 4th include both men's and women's
doubles; and mixed doubles. Events for Saturday July 5th include both
men's and women's singles. The format for all events will be 2 sets
with no-add scoring and a 10 point tie breaker 3rd set in case of a
split.
Levels of play include: novice to 3.0 USTA Rated (C
Level); 3.5 to 4.0 USTA Rated (B Level); 4.5 to Open USTA Rated (A Level).
The level for youth-aged participants is for youngsters under 13 years
of age. Super-Senior level includes those 54 years of age and older.
Events and levels of play will be combined depending
on the number of entries. The order of play will be men's and women's
doubles, followed by mixed doubles. With singles being held Saturday.
You are welcome to play in more than one event, with no additional fee
required.
